All ticket sales for events at Woodbourne House or Café 360 are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except under the following circumstances: 1. Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by Woodbourne House or Café 360, customers will be eligible for a full refund. 2. Manager’s Discretion: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of a Woodbourne House or Café 360 manager. Customers requesting a refund from a Woodbourne House event must contact Woodbourne House directly by emailing events@woodbournehouse.im Customers requesting a refund from a café 360 event must contact Café 360 directly by emailing hello@cafe360.im. Proof of purchase may be required. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. Woodbourne House and Café 360 reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
